Overview

GrowVPD Pro ("the app", "we", "our") is provided as-is. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms of service.

License

GrowVPD Pro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Each purchase (subscription or lifetime) is valid for one user on one device at a time.

Pro Subscription

Pro features are available through recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions are billed automatically through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Refund requests for recent purchases should be directed to Google Play or the App Store.

Lifetime License

The lifetime license is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to all Pro features for the original purchaser. The license is tied to your Google Play or Apple ID account and is valid for as long as the app remains available.

Smart Device Integration

GrowVPD Pro connects to third-party smart device platforms (including Tuya, Mars Hydro, AC Infinity, Spider Farmer, Vivosun, Bluelab, and SANlight) via their respective APIs and cloud services. We are not responsible for:

• Changes, outages, or discontinuation of third-party platform APIs
• Actions taken by smart devices as a result of automation rules
• Data loss or device malfunction caused by third-party services

You are responsible for verifying that automation rules and device settings are appropriate for your environment.

Data & Privacy

All data you enter in GrowVPD Pro is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, user interface, code, content, and documentation are the intellectual property of GrowVPD Pro. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without written permission.

Disclaimer

GrowVPD Pro provides tools and information to assist with indoor plant growing. The app is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Crop results, yields, or plant health outcomes
• Damage to equipment or smart devices
• Financial losses related to growing operations
• Accuracy of sensor readings from third-party devices

Use the app and its automation features at your own risk. Always monitor your grow environment and verify automated actions.

Beta Features

Some platform integrations and features may be marked as "Beta." These features are under active development and may have limited functionality, bugs, or incomplete support. We welcome feedback on beta features at growvpdpro@gmail.com.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms of service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
